Since then, the management team have given me different challenges and experiences, developing me into a Team Leader and then a Production Scheduler, having recognised my capabilities and motivation. I have now been accepted onto the ABFI Study Sponsorship Programme, where I will be supported to obtain a degree and further continue my development journey within the business."
